1. Create transition rituals:
Before Covid you would get ready, wear your work clothes, have breakfast - these rituals helped you transition into work mode. With WFH, create new but SIMPLE rituals that achieve the same effect. Also, have a ritual for transitioning back to home mode.
2. Create a priority + productivity system that works for you:
Successful WFH is a juggling and balancing act. The key is a priority + productivity system that helps you deliver your best. There isn't one system that works for everyone, you have to build your own.
Here's my system, based on the famous Ivy Lee Method, use it ONLY as a starting point to build your own:

Write down your system, it'll help you clarify your thoughts and processes.
3. Set and maintain a recharge schedule:
Burnout management requires rest and relaxation (R&R). A FIXED time for it, at least once a week, ideally thrice helps. Let your family and friends know of this schedule so they can support you. Spend at least 2 hours/recharge and make sure it's an activity you thoroughly enjoy.
Good luck for 2021, I wish you the best.
